DCI and Dialysis
DCI and Kevin Mohan have together owned 17 dialysis clinics in the United States and have been partners with nephrologists in the treatment of kidney disease.
Having designed and constructed over 125 clinics in the U.S. and internationally for DaVita, Gambro, Dallas Dialysis Group and many others, we understand the many challenges of remodeling or opening a new facility.
In addition to helping our qualified clients with financing, our team will handle site location, land purchase, design, and construction of your facility - allowing YOU to concentrate on your practice.
Financing
DCI has secured financing, both interim and permanent, for construction of dialysis clinics in the Southern states.
By working together with Lone Star Capital Bank, we can accommodate your financial needs to start or expand your practice with reasonable rental rates, buy back options, or whatever you may need to get you started.
General Contracting
With DCI, the owner and architect have the ability to review the cost of a project broken down by line item. This open book approach before and during construction, giving you the ability to clearly see the plan results and make adjustments as the project proceeds, saving you time and money.
Construction Management
Working directly with the owner, architects and engineers, we help to develop new buildings or remodeling projects. By analyzing costs, construction constraints and time management, we can help avoid wasted time and unexpected costs.
We offer a set 8% fee for services rendered and allow for separation of duties.
Some of the services we provide are permitting assistance, site inspections and monthly draw application’s
with lien releases.
For the Property owners we can help your new customers work through the complications of construction as well as protecting your property.
